من التطبيق

In the app

1. افتح Beitly، ثم الإعدادات.
2. اختار «حذف الحساب» اسم المسار والزر بالظبط في التطبيقexact path and button name in the app.
3. أكّد الحذف.

1. Open Beitly, then Settings.
2. Choose “Delete account” exact path and button name in the appexact path and button name in the app.
3. Confirm.

من غير التطبيق: بالإيميل

Without the app: by email

ابعت من الإيميل المرتبط بحسابك إلى support@beitly.app والعنوان Delete my account. ممكن نطلب منك تأكيد إنك صاحب الحساب. هنرد خلال المدةnumber of days.

Write from the email linked to your account to support@beitly.app with the subject Delete my account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will reply within number of daysnumber of days.

إيه اللي بيحصل

What happens

• بنمسح الإيميل ومعرّف الحساب والاسم المعروض، وبتخرج من البيت.
• We erase your email, provider account id and display name, and you leave the household.
• اللي كتبته بيفضل مع البيت باسم «فرد سابق».
• What you wrote stays with the household as «a former member».
• لو أنت آخر فرد، البيت بيتمسح بعد 30 يوم ومفيش استعادة.
• If you are the last member, the household is purged after 30 days and cannot be restored.
• الحذف مش بيترجّع. صدّر بياناتك الأول لو عايزها.
• Deleting cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want it.
• النسخ الاحتياطية ممكن تحتفظ بالبيانات لمدة محدودة. المدة (شوف سياسة الخصوصية)period (see the privacy policy)
