Beitly تطبيق لبيت واحد بيشاركه أكتر من فرد. الصفحة دي بتقول إحنا بنجمع إيه، وبنستخدمه إزاي، وإزاي تصدّره أو تمسحه.

Beitly is an app for a household that several people share. This page says what we collect, how we use it, and how you can export or delete it.

إيه اللي بنجمعه

What we collect

• تسجيل الدخول. بتدخل بحساب جوجل أو أبل (عن طريق Firebase). بنحتفظ بالإيميل ومعرّف الحساب عند المزوّد والاسم المعروض.
• Sign-in. You sign in with Google or Apple (through Firebase). We keep your email, your provider account id and your display name.
• محتوى البيت. المهام والمصاريف والأكل والضمانات وأي حاجة تانية بيضيفها أفراد البيت. بيتحفظ طول عمر البيت.
• Household content. Tasks, expenses, meals, warranties and anything else household members add. It is kept for the life of the household.
• نص العنوان الخاص. لو ضبطت اسم تفضّل أن حد بعينه ينادي بيه، النص ده بيتشاف بس للي كتبه وللمستلم، ومش بيظهر في سجل البيت المشترك.
• Private address text. If you set a preferred way to address a specific person, that text is visible only to its author and that person. It never appears in the shared household feed.

Voice and Ask

• التسجيل الصوتي مدته 120 ثانية بحد أقصى. القاعدة عندنا إن الصوت مش بيتخزّن كملف. لسه لازم نثبت ده على المسجّل وعلى مزوّد التحويل قبل الإطلاقstill to be proven for the recorder and the provider before launch

• النص بيظهر لك تراجعه وتعدّله. مفيش حاجة بتتنفّذ غير لما أنت تدوس إرسال.
• The text appears for you to review and edit. Nothing runs until you tap send.

• We do not store the command text. We keep only a fingerprint of the outcome. We do not send transcripts to analytics.

البيت والمشاركة

Households and sharing

• كل فرد ليه بيت واحد نشط في النسخة الأولى. أفراد البيت بيشوفوا السجلات المشتركة.
• Each person has one active household in the first version. Members of a household see its shared records.
• لما تغادر البيت: وصولك بيتقفل فورًا، والبيانات بتتشال من جهازك، وبتتسجّل خروج.
• When you leave a household: your access ends at once, the household data is removed from your device, and you are signed out.
• لو آخر فرد غادر، البيت بيبقى غير نشط 30 يوم، ويقدر الفرد ده يستعيده في المدة دي. بعد 30 يوم الاستعادة بتقفل. إيه اللي بيحصل للبيانات نفسها بعد 30 يوم لما البيت يفضى بالمغادرة (مش بحذف الحساب)what happens to the data itself after 30 days when a household is emptied by leaving (not by account deletion)

حذف الحساب

Deleting your account

• حذف الحساب بيمسح الإيميل ومعرّف الحساب والاسم المعروض، وبتخرج من البيت.
• Deleting your account erases your email, your provider account id and your display name, and removes you from the household.
• اللي كتبته بيفضل مع البيت ويظهر باسم «فرد سابق»، عشان قوايم الأسرة وحسابات الفلوس تفضل سليمة لباقي الأفراد.
• What you wrote stays with the household and shows as written by «a former member», so shared lists and money totals stay correct for the others.
• لو أنت آخر فرد وحذفت حسابك، البيت بيتمسح بعد 30 يوم، ومفيش استعادة.
• If you are the last member and delete your account, the household is purged after 30 days and cannot be restored.

التصدير

Exporting your data

أي فرد في البيت يقدر يصدّر بيانات البيت: ملف JSON، وملف CSV للفلوس. التصدير مش بيحتوي على إيميل أو معرّف أي فرد تاني.

Any member can export the household data: one JSON file, and a CSV for money. The export never contains another member's email or account id.

How long we keep data

• بيانات البيت: طول عمر البيت.

• سجل المزامنة: بيتمسح بعد 90 يوم.
• Sync history: removed after 90 days.
• النسخ الاحتياطية: البيانات المحذوفة ممكن تفضل في نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة لمدة محدودة. المدة: القرارات الحالية مش متفقة (7 أيام في قرار D13، و7 نسخ يومية + 4 أسبوعية في قرار الاستضافة، يعني حوالي 28 يوم). لازم نختار رقم واحدperiod: the current decisions disagree (7 days in the D13 decision, 7 daily + 4 weekly dumps in the hosting decision, so about 28 days).
